Pros

401k offered to part time employees. The tasks of the job are very easy. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the employee discount is excellent. When things are running smoothly, a very pleasant place to work.

Cons

Management at my location was terrible. Resented employees with family needs, instead of trying to accommodate, they dug their heels in and established incredibly inflexible, unreasonable rules for even the most loyal of employees. Made one employee return to finish her scheduled shift after her mother's funeral. Corporate management backs store managers a majority of the time with little regard for true right and wrong.
