Cons

Lack of job security, moving into a salaried position puts you in such a vulnerable position. Too many managers for the minimal effect that they have. The housing market directly reflects operations

Cons

Horribly managed circus. Managers with egos too big to contain. If you disagree, your life turns to hell and will be put on. PIP and pushed out. Blatant violation of labour laws, HR covers up for the managers.
