Jamf has experienced much growth in recent years, and though we are proud to have maintained stability in our culture and values during these periods of progression, we are aware this can lead to some growing pains. We continue to review employee feedback, both informally and from our Employee Engagement Surveys, so we can continue to gauge where pain points exist and ensure our people continue to succeed.

      Flexibility, good time off, good management team. They rarely let people go, and never through layoffs.

      Cons

      The different mediums within Jamf don’t always communicate properly, and pay structure could be more aggressive.

We continue to take a ‘whole employee experience’ view of our benefits and compensation package, making investments not only in cash and salary related items, but also other services to ensure the wellbeing (financial, physical, and emotional) of our teams. We have several efforts currently underway to review our benefit offerings in order to provide highly competitive and equitable benefits in every country where Jamf operates in to attract and retain the best talent.
