Change does come with challenges, but we continue to review employee feedback, both informally and from our Employee Engagement Surveys, so we can continue to gauge where pain points exist to ensure Jamf is a great place to work for all.

We continue to take a ‘whole employee experience’ view of our benefits and compensation package to make investments not only in cash and salary related items, but also to ensure the wellbeing (financial, physical, and emotional) of our teams.
