The work is interesting, and the people are kind. If you work hard and produce results then you will be noticed. Your manager is fighting for you and will make you better.

Cons

The compensation is not clear and incoming employees seem to be getting much better compensation than current employees of 5+ years, but higher ups are aware and are looking for a solution.

Thank you for your feedback regarding compensation transparency. At the end of 2021, Jamf rolled out training for our leadership team on Jamf compensation philosophy, programs, and processes. We will be broadening the scope of these trainings as we move through 2022. We believe compensation is a very meaningful part of the 'whole employee experience' at Jamf, and we are taking strides to educate our teams on compensation structure.

Health coverage is top notch. Many opportunities to get involved and gain new experiences.

Cons

Some teams do not play nice together - no same team mentality between cross departments. People who do not, or can not, do their jobs are still employed and rewarded.
