      Pros

      I wanted to pick my first job based on the people I would potentially be working with. Jamf has that; excellent, empathetic management with the tools you need to succeed. + I am currently drowning in free Apple Products 🌊

      Cons

      Somewhat ambiguous management style/structure depending on your business unit. In addition there are some growing pains within management which has lead to rapid promotions and growth based on short term successes over seniority.

      Pros

      Definitely a company that has historically done well by its employees - the culture is far from uptight and the benefits are above satisfactory. Leadership has always seemed to be upfront and honest which probably hasn't been too difficult due to the consistent success. Career growth is definitely promoted internally.

      Cons

      Growing pains - physically with an increasingly crowded office (soon to expand) and internally as a startup expands to a company with nearly 1000 employees.
