      Pros

      Good benefits and good company culture. People there are smart and some are really extra ordinary in their work especially in Apple industry.

      Cons

      The rules in the company change very frequently. The TW sales team sometimes feels like a separate company with its own culture. It’s quite stressful for the sales team, and those who have been in the company longer tend to have an advantage. The company seems to prioritize AEs over SDRs. Also, the criteria for SDRs to qualify leads are becoming stricter, and SDRs have to handle some marketing responsibilities as well.
