Pros

Previously, our working style was very flexible. Recently, however, we were instructed to be in the office three days a week. That said, I still consider it to be relatively flexible compared to other companies.

Cons

The growth potential is low, and RSUs cannot be expected.

Pros

- Flexible work arrangements and solid benefits made it easier to balance work and life. - Great culture within many teams: collaboration, open communication (on a team level), and a strong sense of community. - The onboarding/training process was helpful, giving a good foundation for learning internal systems and tools.

Cons

- Pay often feels below what similarly sized tech companies offer, especially as years go by or workload increases. - Frequent internal changes (structure, reorganizations) make long‑term career growth and stability feel uncertain.
