Culture + Values are shared from top to bottom in the organization. Also proud of the Jamf Nation Global Foundation in giving back to communities with volunteer time off and projects funded. With high-quality solutions for more than one decade, Jamf is very focused on its customers and providing them the highest support. As a consequence, Gartner rewarded Jamf has been rewarded by Gartner Peer Insights Customer’s Choice for Enterprise Mobility Management solutions.

      The people and the culture make Jamf a great place to work. The focus is clear and consistent, and the products are the best in the industry. The company is always looking at ways to be a better workplace. There is a strong focus on being inclusive and diverse when it would be easy to not try in the tech industry.

      Cons

      Management in some departments needs work in people skills and developing staff.

      When I was searching for a new opportunity just over one year ago, I looked for organisations that had a supportive and fun work environment and I can truly say the culture that Jamf fosters focuses heavily on putting employees first. The culture is rich and diverse, we have 25+ nationalities in the Amsterdam office, which helps give an international perspective in day to day working life. I believe I can bring my whole self to work as there are many global initiatives we have as part of our Inclusion and Diversity efforts. During my time at Jamf, I've seen many employees develop and build on their careers across many different tracks/departments. Jamf provides employees the opportunity to grow and develop personally and professionally.

      Cons

      Advice to share - we work in a very fast-paced environment and things are always changing. This type of environment works best for those that thrive in a fast-paced, change environment.
