      Pros

      Solid SAAS product but it only managed Apple devices. Open Source solutions (Munki, AutoPkg, DeployStudio, Lanrev) and major competitors through VM Ware, Cisco, Microsoft Intune and Google are eating Jamf up through full enterprise device management capabilities.

      Cons

      Very competitive industry with VM Ware - Airwatch, Cisco - Meraki Systems, IBM Maas360, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron (etc). Company got acquired back in October through Vista Equity Partners and lots of changes since them. Top management are not very upfront with the employees where they said in an all hands meeting that no one is getting fired . Well, that is not the case. Many of the current job open positions are from previous employees being fired or laid off.

      Pros

      - Jamfies are exceptionnally smart, keen to help and genuine in their relationships. - Team work is not only a word. That's the DNA of Jamf. - Good salary package with interesting perks and time management (time-off for charity etc) - The founders and the CEO are great people to hear and follow : they truly believe in making the world better and helping the community

      Cons

      The company is moving from its casual culture to the corporate world and the transition is very brutal. Some managers are overwhelmed by growth targets and it put them under high pressure. Jamf is not "cool and hype" anymore... Work-life balance is an absolute zero

      It has a great product, it is a place that you can feel good about what you are putting in front of your customer.

      Cons

      They are growing and have lost some sight of the initial values.
