Great place to grow

Pros

JAMF is growing at a rate that has provided constant opportunities for those that are open to working hard and being uncomfortable as they pioneer new positions and roles. Pay is competitive, benefits are excellent. Good blend of internal promotions and outside experience on senior management team.

Cons

Pace is fast. Not everyone is comfortable working in an environment that is evolving this fast. Growth creates big workloads until hiring can catch up in some areas. These are short-term growing pains caused by exciting growth and expansion.

Pros

The company has great values and belief system that guides the organization. The market is great, the co-workers are awesome and it's fantastic to be so closely aligned with Apple. Who wouldn't want to work for a fast growing tech company where the product works and customers don't leave as if there is a revolving door? JAMF is a business, you can't run a business on rainbows and high fives. If you understand that, you'll understand the goals of the organization are in place to ensure we all have jobs in the long haul. Any complaints around the company's day to day operations fail to recognize that most tech companies in the twin cities are laying people off or struggling to keep their heads above water. Don't discount the success JAMF is having.

Cons

I don't have many cons, but people who aren't necessarily self motivated or flexible enough to work in a fast paced environment where things change often will struggle to enjoy the constant evolution of JAMF.
