Pros

Will hire without prior software experience Good mentorship program to begin learning sales Lots of tools to do your job

Cons

Horrible pay, can’t keep anyone decent because they’re beyond below the industry standard. They sell you on getting promoted in 6 months of hire but really your just eligible for promotion to AE which most SDRs are in the position for closer to a year. After their reorg, all they want to do is push their new security platform which no one wants to buy and at this point, everyone is a current customer, was a current customer and moved bc Jamf can only service Apple products, or just have completely black listed Jamf and won’t even talk to the reps. It’s a super cult so beware, anyone who has been there longer than 2 years has just drank the kool aid too much and is content on low quota achievements and job “security” If you’re try to break into tech sales, I’d apply cautiously.

Pros

Remote work. Great culture ( for cishest white men and management only)

Cons

being referred to as " you people" being referred to as " one of those kinds of people" being forced to endure off color commendation on a variety of topics as a representative of one's race. Being deadnamed. Being misgendered. light on ethics, diversity, and fairness. heavy on promoting racists, sexists, and the inner circle. wrongfully terminated, while many members of management bandy about racial slurs in open lines of communication, up to and including calls for white pride month as a direct counter to black history month. ultimately, if you are white, you will be extended every advantage to retain employment, but if you are not, it's 1 strike.

Pros

Work life balance, always been good but ... now we have to RTO 3 days a week after it was made clear at the beginning of the year this would not be the case.

Cons

Poor leadership, maybe the higher management should think about cutting there enormous salaries and helping the company, just saying.
