Pros

The frontline managers genuinely care. During my time at Jamf I worked under one manager primarily and briefly a second. Both really cared about what I was doing, how I was doing, and how they could me with what I was doing.

Cons

The company feels like it's on the ropes right now. The stock price has been on a fairly consistent plummet and it really feels like the executives are trying to course correct for that. The result of that feels a bit like they're flailing at anything that might stick. Jamf has also leaned very heavily into the security space, not many prospective customers come to Jamf wanting security so we end up trying to pitch our stack against a very well established incumbent.

Pros

The people have always been awesome

Cons

Such a lack of direction, low morale, low energy, broken processes, no one helps anyone any more. We don't try to make our products better, we just keep adding new products that feel impossible to sell.

We deeply appreciate the contributions of longtime employees and the pride many have felt in being part of Jamf. We know recent organizational changes, including adjustments to structure and processes, have created frustration and concern. These decisions are never taken lightly, and while intended to position us for the future, we also recognize their impact on individuals and teams.

Pros

Hard to tell good PTO I guess

Cons

Seems as per usual more money is give to hiring new people to stay competitive and look competent and yet this'll be the second year of 6% layoffs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Over the past year, we have taken a very thoughtful and conservative approach to spend, however, to accelerate our growth and improve operational efficiencies, the company made the difficult decision to reduce the workforce to realign its go-to-market organization to allow for investment in areas that have the greatest opportunity for growth. This decision was not taken lightly. It was made in support of our strategic reinvestment plan to elevate our growth in Enterprise, simplify how we serve our SMB market, and expand the value we provide in Education to capture market share globally. We are deeply grateful for the contributions of all affected team members and remain committed to supporting them through this transition. Our focus continues to be customer centric and employee focused to position Jamf for long-term success.
