      Great Team members Benefits are pretty good Remote work available for most roles Actually seems to put the work in for Diversity and Inclusion

      Cons

      Leadership seems lost Leadership doesn't seem to care about the people below them Layoffs are randomly occurring, and increasing Revocation of remote work for Sales happened (seemingly) at random Company loves spending money acquiring new companies/tools, then doesn't use them Compensation is comparatively low compared to peers

      Good work/life balance. Friendly coworkers. Mostly good products.

      Cons

      Senior leadership does not follow through on what it promises. Compensation has changed over the last few years and is difficult to justify. They will promise incentives, then pull those away if it does not end up benefiting the company, leaving employees with the burden of not realizing promised expectations. There have been multiple layoffs in the last two years which has increased existing workloads. We were promised no return to office in the foreseeable future, then 6 months later they announced a required RTO for 3 days a week. Ever since the company went public, it has been harder and harder to justify staying at Jamf based on decisions being made by senior leadership.
