Pros
-Great ppl to work with and the base product is outstanding -Jamf created this space so it continues to be the market leader
Cons
-Little to no innovation in terms of product or process over the course of the past few years when one of our core values in relentless self improvement is a bit counterintuitive -There is no vision for the product, selling is basically repacking what we already have and calling it something different to make it seem like we have changed something -Lack of communication from management is disheartening and almost seems intentional at this point. 'I'll let you know when I know" is constantly said but it is very obviously that the manager knows and just does not want to share -Limited movement in roles, better hope that role posted once a year you get. Otherwise better luck next year -Pay and overall comp are an absolute joke. Not to mention capped commission
