      Need a sense of security, not here

      Pros

      product is good now but uncertainty if it'll last given great people that care about the product and customers are eroding, continues to get worse and worse

      Cons

      turnover is high for the last 12 months compared to the tenured employees that has been loyal to the brand dealing with change is addressed stated by leadership but the words are opposite of the actions

We recognize the need for transparency and communication with our employees as change is happening as well as improving our change management strategies to involve employee feedback and providing more forums for employees to provide feedback such as our “ask me anything” leadership open-houses and annual Engagement Survey.
