      Flexible scheduling & benefits are good

      Cons

      Pay is way below market value, you will only succeed & grow in the company if you are local to the higher up managers are want to suck up and be apart of their boys club. Lots of micro aggression, favoritism, micro racism, etc.

      - Pay often feels below what similarly sized tech companies offer, especially as years go by or workload increases. - Frequent internal changes (structure, reorganizations) make long‑term career growth and stability feel uncertain.
