Pros

The best reasons to work at Jamf WERE the people, leadership, and overall culture of the company that really upheld its belief on "selflessness and relentless self improvement"

Cons

Jamf leadership changed in 2023 and with it came a shift in operation and mindset (among other things) where profit and margins come before its people and genuinely helping customers without forcing additional products and/or poor services. Compensation is one of the lowest in the industry, they celebrate sneaky sales wins, and some policies/procedures are either poorly defined or put unnecessary extra work on sales reps and provides little to no benefit to the employee or customers.

Pros

Work from home Really good insurance and other kinds of employee perks, stock, etc. Lots of flexibility with the work day

Cons

Pretty isolated from the rest of the company Can become monotonous Organization of the company is poor, it feels as if they grew too fast and are still catching up in terms of systems and structure, and it shows
