I was paid 20% under the median range according to Jamf's own pay transparency efforts. There was a massive culture shift after management changes and they've effectively stoped practicing their stated values. A day after the company laid off 6% of their staff, I was forced to shift responsibilities with no pay increase and given a month to learn a job people have Bachelor's degrees in. I immediately expressed my concern that I was being set up to fail. I was then fired for not being able to perform. Management said directly to me that they simply needed someone else in the role after the focus of the department shifted but somehow turned it into a performance issue to cover themselves.
