Pros

Amazing culture, and the people there are super supportive!

Cons

Management was a little all over the place. Seems like they couldn't make up their mind about what they actually wanted as they were constantly going back on their word.

Pros

When I joined Jamf, it was a very different company. The pace was good, things moved quickly, and there was a real sense that you could build something and make an impact. For several years, that was true. If you were proactive and willing to take ownership, you had space to experiment, learn, and grow. I worked with many smart, committed people who genuinely cared about their work, their teammates, and the customers. Especially in the earlier years, initiative was valued and you could influence direction without layers of process getting in the way.

Cons

As the company became more mature and growth slowed, cracks started to show. For a long time, progress relied on people stepping up and being flexible, rather than on clear structure or a well-defined strategy. Over time, it became harder to understand priorities, ownership, or long-term direction. When you tried to get clarity, answers often changed depending on who you spoke to. Towards the end of my time at Jamf, the environment became more political. Working closer to leadership increased exposure to behaviour that felt more undermining than collaborative. There were instances of behaviour that fell short of professional standards, and concerns raised were not always followed up consistently. Combined with uneven accountability, this made execution harder and more draining than it needed to be.

Pros

Working on products always challenges you and in return make you grow. Very good atmosphere, QoC, skilled colleagues.

Cons

Not much to say. Having doubts after acquisition, but hope it wont affect my day to day work.
