Jamf offers remote, hybrid, and blended roles. Since each department and function is different in where team members are located, the nature of the work, or proximity to a Jamf office, our functional leaders are provided the autonomy to determine how often they gather together or work in the office.

Pros

Jamf is flexible and supports remote work. Decent benefits and interesting products.

Cons

Pay is Low for market. Jamf supports remote work but they do favor local people in Wisconsin and Minnesota. You have a lot of people who know each other locally and they do not bring in a ton of talent due to local politics. They do lack diversity overall and tech experience. Theres a lot of people who this is their first time working in tech. Jamf needs to hire better more experienced leaders for future success. I do not recommend this company due to the vast amount of recent changes and products introduced with zero pay increase or at least nothing meaningful.

Our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and belonging is unwavering and though we continue to make strides, we recognize there are still areas for improvement. In recent years we have taken some important steps including the development of our formal Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging strategy, and the creation of our Inclusion & Diversity team, including a VP of Diversity, Talent, & Engagement, who will help lead us forward on our journey. We continue to roll out and advance our four DEIB pillars: Culture, Career, Community, and Communication; strengthening our pipeline of diverse talent and investing in partnerships to ensure a more inclusive evaluation and equitable hiring process; launching Employee Resource Group Leadership Academy to further scale the impact of Jamf ERG leaders and provide them knowledge, skills, and tools to sustain ERG momentum; and introducing cross-cultural competency development programs. We take concerns of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging very seriously, and we are committed to providing an inclusive and equitable workplace for all. We encourage all employees to reach out directly to HR so we can better understand and address issues where they exist.
