Lots of Expansion

Pros

Lots of expansion and always tons of work to do but you're never stressed to put in over 40 hours a week which is nice.

Cons

Product is taking control and not listening to a lot of Engineering Concerns which can be frustrating.

There are many forums where these teams work together on product and engineering improvements and we are working hard to continue to build a partnership based on communication and trust.
