Pretty good small company with nice people

Pros

Managers and even upper management really do care about you and how you are developing as an engineer, and all the coworkers here are great interesting people. The small, hands-on nature of the company is also great.

Cons

Going through a lot of growth, and definitely buckling under the weight of that. Lots of stress and long hours to make up for the need to hire more people. The CEO has also made tone-deaf decisions like getting rid of the 9/80 schedule with no reason and generally has a bit of a disconnect from the managers. Location is fairly remote, which is a pro or con depending on your point of view.

- Smaller business so you are expected to fill in gaps and go beyond normal job expectations - Job location is in smaller town and 20-30 minutes away from larger towns
