      -Lots of learning experience -Promotes quickly -middle management cares about employees -growing fast

      - below-average pay - very rural location, most live 45+ mins away - understaffed - little experience, most people are straight out of college - on-boarding process is hit or miss

      Janicki continues to adapt and grow to avoid becoming stagnant. It’s amazing how far the company has transformed over the years.

      Cons

      Seems to have growing pains with flaws in training and standard processes. The larger the small town company grows, the more political it becomes.
