Management does not care about employees.

Pros

The people are great and it is a very friendly place to work. They give you everything that you need to do your job but then you are on your own.

Cons

Upper management is good but middle management is terrible. People are promoted by the buddy system, not by merit. If you aren't in click then you aren't going to be happy.

Mediocre at best: Decent pay, but it ends there

Pros

The pay is decent, and the hours aren't crazy.

Cons

They offer virtually nothing in terms of any additional employee perks. There is a Christmas get-together once a year and that is it. Nothing to build teams beyond that (although this may be different in satellite branches). They do nothing to keep their employees engaged or happy. On long weekends (think Labor Day) they may shoot you an email at 3:30 letting you leave at 4:00 -- that's the best extra perk you'll get. The open office environment is completely distracting. They spend most of the year indicating how great they're doing financially, then at bonus time they claim it's been a flat year and dish out the standard amount. Middle management is more of a distraction than a help. They say they want this great culture and value system, but do next to nothing to promote it or make it a reality. Essentially, they do the least they possibly can.
