Pros

Very collegial culture and a flat organization. Senior management is very accessible and the company rewards the people who can deliver. No big company feel and lots of freedom and autonomy. The company is surprisingly refreshing when compared to large banks that own the wirehouses now.

Cons

The company is based on the East coast. No real opportunities out West as most of the focus is on the East coast.

OK place to work for now. Great "stepping stone" company.

Cons

Only good thing is maybe a 3% raise every year at best. Been over 6 years now no bonus even though they say Stellar year! wow.. show me the $$ for a change. No loyalty at all. I've seen GREAT managers get shafted for no reason at all. Career Managers that have been with the company 25+ years and staff just let go with no notice at all.
