      Pros

      People are nice, seems consistent, you can work there for awhile without getting laid off. I don't really know anymore pros for this at least in my experience.

      Cons

      Your movement through the company is lateral. You want a challenge or even a raise, you might want to look somewhere else.

      Pleasant experience overall, frustrating with sales reps

      Pros

      Solid benefits, friendly environment, many office locations, good with T&E, strong balance sheet and steady rev streams from the retail brokerage operations.

      Cons

      Very heavy on retail, consumer stock coverage, at the expense of other sectors; many sales reps don't leverage research product outside of the core retail/consumer sectors. Weak banking department.
