Pros

Delightful people to work with. Little politics below Executive Council. President means well. Womens' group sponsoring growth. Says it wants to be ethical.

Cons

Organization is very flat. No career movements.. Unless a senior person leaves, there will be no movement. President does not communicate clearly. He is a god guy, but is not direct in anyway. If you are in corporate and not a VP, you are the bottom of the food chain. All brokers needs and compensation come first. Given the market, don't expect much until there is a solid turn around.
