Cons

The salary is medicore compared to other firms that complete the same tasks. Also your ability to grow in the company is limited.

Pros

It would depend on which branch you work at and who the Office Manager is. Most branches are very friendly and work well together. The main office has always been very helpful when I called them.

Cons

Pay does not compare with other companies. again depending on the branch, some employees can be rude and unfriendly.

Pros

People are very nice to each other. Company undergoing a lot of change, so there is opportunity to be on the ground floor in helping build an interesting company. If you're in IT, company is investing on building a solid capability.

Cons

Not many cons. Management does try to get something for nothing in their pay scales (it's in their blood to want to get the better end of a bargain). Sometimes the amount of change that's happening can lead to tension as people who've been there for a while are pushed out of their comfort zone. Sometimes the company's management is unrealistic about how much change they can implement in a given timeframe.
