- Brilliant people throughout the organization who are a helluva lot of fun to work with. - CEO, Jim Kaskade, is a guy who cares about and is engaged with each aspect - and employee - of the company. - Culture of inclusion, flexibility and support is well-balanced with the realities of a start-up/medium-sized tech company. - Easy to work (and have fun) across teams and the best colleagues I've ever had. - Killer technology. Killer.
Cons
- Long hours. Hard work. That's the reality. - Moving landscape - you have to draw and follow your own path. - Oh... non-product documentation housing and maintenance is a challenge.
