- Good leadership team in place
- Innovating quickly with new capability to meet and lead the market
- compensation for customer facing roles, especially sales is better than market average
Cons
- It's a tough category - still in development so it's an evangelical education process for customers, lots of consulting
- Complex solution to integrate within customer infrastructure
The culture is fun and warm. It's easy to make friends and people often do things outside of work together. It's fairly horizontal in structure, everyone has direct access to executives if needed. Career advancement is encouraged, even lateral movements across departments.
Cons
Salaries are generally on the low side. New management is making big changes with very little communication downstream, and morale has suffered as a result.
- Best people in the business (our CEO is one of the awesomest characters I know)
- Comfortable, laid-back atmosphere
- Free TriMet pass
- Foosball! And pool! And ping-pong!
- You can hardly find an office without some form of alcohol in it
Cons
- Disparity between management and lower-ranking employees
- Low pay for the technology field
- UHC is the worst health insurance ever
