Investment in DIEB Friendly Co workers Remote friendly RSUs .

Cons

Initially I thought the salary was fine and paid fairly but later on I realized the people the company hired after me were paid $30k more on average. It was disheartening Lot of work as individual contributor No Work life balance Difficult to retain talent No career growth
