      Pros

      Lots of free food at lunchtimes and time off if you are part of the 'in' crowd.

      Cons

      "Friends of Bruce" are over-promoted, over-paid, and over-protected. If you aren't a "FOB" you should look elsewhere for a culture that is more of a level playing field.

      You feel empowered to help the lives of patients with rare disease and see the impact you have. You have a voice and it is heard! They do the right thing because it is the right thing.
