      Pros

      I enjoyed the opportunity to grow my territory with the encouragement of my DSM. The company was responsive to my suggestions in a difficult, technical field. I appreciated the clinical excellence and the selling support too. The best part? The patient focus that drove every call every day. What a relief to focus on helping people to get better!

      Cons

      The last year I was with the company it became more concerned with call numbers rather than effective calls. The sales results were not coordinating with the new emphasis but the company still seemed to direct their efforts away from what had worked before in the field.

      Pros

      Great Executive Team with proven ability to raise needed capital

      Cons

      Almost bet the ranch on extended release Luvox and expanded the sales team on unrealistic assumptions leading to a NPV that was at least a full order of magnitude higher than reality. Better performance after those missteps.

      Jazz has a good mission, is growing, has good benefits and is overall an OK company to work for.

      Cons

      There is a lack of leadership in IT that means it is always running behind the business rather than being in front of it. The company is struggling with how to work globally which means lots of early mornings leading to long days.
