A lot of friendly, very dedicated people that are working on some interesting products

Upper management micromanage too often, which has caused a lot of people to leave the company. Even though there has been a company initiative to improve decision making and pushing decisions down to project teams, the upper management still make all the main decisions and it causes unnecessary stress and work.
