Pros

Great place to work. Good people, management actually seems to care about employees and about patients, good incentives, opportunities for growth.

Cons

Certain areas of the organization seem to have a lot of fluff/people who aren't doing much. Others are so busy they can't see straight. Growing quickly and there isn't necessarily proper distribution of head count between groups.

Pros

The company really wants to listen to what the employees have to say! They try to implement change based on feedback. Managers are down to earth, employees are friendly. We work hard and play hard! The compensation is great! Benefits, stock options, vacation etc are the best Ive ever seen.

Cons

Some negativity amongst the employees, but that comes with any company you work for. Annual bonuses are "so so" Departments are too segregated.

Flexible daily work schedule, 100% remote, unlimited PTO. Some managers and colleagues will inspire you to do your best work.

Cons

Jazz has ambitious goals, but lacks the infrastructure to achieve them. Timelines are not based in reality and are provided to impress senior management at the expense of the employees who actually do the work. Middle management overworks, undermines, and belittles employees until their mental health and work-life balance take a hit. Recommend to stay away until key leaders leave the company.
