      I wish there are some pros.

      Cons

      Hi - I was part of a team, in one word "Toxic". Almost 5 full time employees left in the past 6+ months in one team, just think about it. They don't invest in employees further education, don't support for training or spending any $ for further enhancements. PS: I don't have idea on other teams etc.

      Tough place to navigate but solid start to a career in banking / finance

      Trial by fire in the early years leads to a breadth of knowledge you won't acquire at bulge brackets

      Cons

      Bonus clawback is draconian and by far the worst on Wall Street - don't stay past Associate for this reason Juniors are rarely promoted to MD. New MDs are typically laterals from larger banks / boutiques
