Uncertain Future

Pros

The people you work with are absolutely amazing and brilliant.

Cons

2 layoffs in one year. Uncertainty with the direction of the company. Laid off most of the People Dept and DEI head. After 8 months with Jellyvision, the CTO was promoted to President and the CEO shifted to focus on Medicare however it seems like both are out of touch with their employee base and the direction in which they want the product to go in.
