Pros

The first to market with a product that really addressed a serious need in the market. Genuinely good people

Cons

No innovation, when there is it takes WAY to long to deliver. The competition has passed them up. Serious issues with leadership. CEO needs to go. CRO is half out the door to retirement and so disconnected from what most teams actually do, and the verdict on the President is still out. He may be the one to bring about necessary change, but there is a LOT that needs changing, that it may be too late. Reputation in the market isn't that great. They undervalue and underpay

- coworkers are friendly and supportive - fully WFH, but with the option to visit workspace - stipends for continual learning, wellness, office setup - decent benefits

Cons

- several layoffs, and I've only been here about a year - a lot of people have been here awhile, and there can be "we've always done it this way" mentality - lack of career advancement opportunities - siloed teams

Benefits and culture, not much else

Cons

The company has been desperately trying to sell for over 5 years and no one wants them because their tech is a dumpster fire. Leadership refuses to implement consistently requested updates and features to the platform. Rather than recognize the obvious problem, leadership goes with layoffs and restructures to address lagging sales while the obvious issue is that the product has been lapped many times over by competition. Prices continue to rise without significant upgrades to the platform, driving customers away. All this while the CEO is more interested in being a LinkedIn personality than paying attention to what's happening with the company. She keeps looking for some new market segments (and repeatedly failing) rather than engaging what's profitable and making it better.
