When I started at JenaValve two years ago, management was misaligned and there was a power-struggle at the top. The prior Quality and Manf. leadership outsourced most of its work to unproductive or unqualified consultants and OEM's and didn't hold employees accountable for deadlines and performance. Many employees were hired directly out of school or with limited experience in a Quality-driven organization, and were not able or willing to perform their own job tasks, or were inflexible in adapting with company needs. It took awhile to change company culture and weed out the bad apples... leading to poor employee retention for awhile. Things are picking up, and we are now a high-functioning organization who achieves significant milestones quickly.

When I joined JenaValve is was a great company to work for. Management was great and very knowledgeable after a new CEO (current CEO was brought in culture went downhill significantly!!!. Turnover rate was sky high . It all starts from the top. Such a shame that such a great company and team went to #*%(# because of BAD leadership. The rest of the leadership team just followed in the bad examples set from a clueless leader.
