Pros

Hard to voice any pros other than the employees that remain are incredible people.

Cons

As stated in previous reviews, jenkon has had considerable layoffs in the last 18 months. This has been followed by remaining employees leaving as fast as they can find jobs with three quitting the last two weeks. The large office is practically empty now. Jenkon is viewed by current employees as greatly unstable. There have been no new hires, and virtually everything about the company has been cut to bare bones. Not even a receptionist anymore. It's really become a terrible and depressing place to work.

Room to learn and advance. Lots of long-term employees and previous employees that return to work here.

Cons

No 401k share. Need a better PTO structure

Pros

Monetary compensation is currently slightly above average. Everyone gets their birthday off. Sometimes there is free food.

Cons

Office is a ghost town and roughly 1/3 occupied due to considerable recent layoffs. Depressing work environment in every sense. Health insurance costs to employee continue to rise. No 401k. Expected to work weekends, evenings, middle of the night, with little warning. Not a conducive job for anyone with a family or personal life. There have been a few new hires and all have been in Mexico.
