      I have worked at Jensen Hughes for over 20 years. One of the biggest reasons I have invested in my career at JH is due to the depth of talent at this firm. Many of my colleagues are thought leaders and subject matter experts. This has enabled myself and other project managers to bring exceptional expertise to our valued clients => and solve their problems. The opportunities for diverse project types, travel, and career development can not be matched. The focus on technical excellence and the commitment to invest in the industry and the professional disciplines we represent make this a truly unique place!

      Cons

      Jensen Hughes is a dynamic place to work. The firm is growing and expanding into new geographies and service lines (e.g. our recent acquisition of Hillard Heintze). While the change can be challenging to negotiate, it makes for an exciting adventure!

      This is the worst company I have ever worked for

      I'll save this part for the business development team and the fake reviews they post here.

      Cons

      Owned by a private equity firm that couldn't care less about the employees. Everyone I worked with was miserable. Systems are horrible, they got rid of all our support staff, increased billable targets, hourly rates and pushed out knowledgeable senior staff (and surprise! they can't find anyone to replace them because the industry got wind of what a train wreck this company has become). My heart goes out to those left behind.

      Avoid this company if you can

      Pros

      You will learn a lot from projects and their clients.

      Cons

      This company treat their employees like garbage. Low pay and lot of hours of work. They mostly concerned about billable hours and utilization. Lack of management and no right direction give you too much stress and put you under lot of pressure. They lay off employees just to keep their pockets full.
