Pros

Employees can interface with all levels of management; no one from the CEO on down is unapproachable. My team is a pleasure to work with. Very little friction or negativity from anyone, certainly much less than at my previous employer (a Fortune 20 company) - even the engineers are mostly friendly. Recognition for good work is well above average. The company made significant efforts to retain as many employees as possible during COVID, even with the slowdown in revenue. Remote work is allowed for most roles.

Cons

This company is multinational, but still not very large - 1,300 employees; this means that salaries and benefits are decent, but not as good as at larger companies. Annual bonuses and raises are fairly small. While management communicates well, turnover is somewhat frequent in some departments.

- a team of very technical individuals delivering mission-critical projects for clients - Very transparent, communicative CEO - Company reputation allows team to work on challenging projects - Global company with multiple service lines allows individuals to gain experience in other areas and geographies - Flexibility with staff in terms of working remotely

Cons

- Given focus on financial performance, investment in support functions not always as high as needed - Some of systems feel like they are from the Flintstones; ERP geared to accounting with no resource planning capabilities for Operations
