Many of the criticisms in other review posts are valid and just. Upper management is completely disconnected from the front line staff. Lots of promises yet no follow-ups on them. There are just too many initiatives to try and increase revenues, without any training or clear directions for the staff. On an individual level, there is zero appreciation for the staff. You are just a revenue generating entity that can be replaced by another entity. Other cons include long work hours, just barely average benefits.

Experiencing growing pains with mergers and acquisitions. Company is growing at a faster pace than anticipated by employees -- not a lot of cohesion between groups, very segmented. Management talks a lot about making changes for the better, but as an employee the focus seems to just be about the money and the bottom line. Essentially, the engineering seems to have fallen to the wayside.
