      Very good team work, and mgt cares about its staff. New CEO is excellent and will keep growing the company.

      Some challenges in integrating the various acquisitions which was to be expected somewhat.

      The people - hands down, followed by the work flexibility. New CEO seems to be a game-changer...

      Cons

      Lack of direction; some clearly don't work. Lot's of meetings with little follow-up. Every meeting should have a metrics of performance and tracking.

      Pros

      Before all of the recent mergers and acquisitions, Rolf Jensen & Associates was a fun team to work and grow with. Good people with the client first mindset. Now that Jensen Hughes has set in with very high margins and utilization rates, its moved from being a great place to work where clients are first to being all about the bottom line. I guess you need to please the investors and not the clients. Overall good company with good people, just not going in a good direction.

      Cons

      Strong demands from technical staff and unrealistic utilization plans that neglects to recognize training, holidays, vacations, and professional growth opportunities.
