      Pros

      people are really great to work with! the executive team have been holding office hours recently, and it's been great to get to know them since most of us don't work closely with them. really believe in the company vision, and everyone is working hard to contribute new ideas and act upon them to make Jerry better

      Cons

      401k matching and full dependent coverage would be nice, and more structure to performance reviews

      Pros

      1. Jerry can help people to save money on auto insurance and refinance. 2. Working with lots of passionate and talented engineers. 3. Lots of interesting and challenging technical issue that I can make impact. 4. Highly customer-centric culture.

      Cons

      There are some common startup problems. including: 1. engineering documents are not update-to-date. 2. focus on quantity over quality. However, I am confident we will keep improving on these.

      Pros

      Jerry is a fun, challenging and exciting place to work. The company is growing super fast which brings with it many challenges and problems to solve. There is always something new to figure out and processes to be built. Everyone at Jerry is nice and easy to work with. Plus there are no big egos and it's a very flat organization. There is little to no micromanaging, and the main focus is on getting stuff done.

      Cons

      The pace is very fast and expectations are high, which can be challenging for some people. Also, in certain areas there is a lot of manual work to do. But the company is continuously building out automation for all of its processes, which limits this tedious work.
