Team work is real here. Amazing Benefits. Great Salary with exponential growth potential. A truly all-inclusive, diverse company. Internal promotions. Weekly team meetings where everyone's input is encouraged.

Cons

1. The company is on a rising curve, there is not much office politics and everyone is trying to make the company better. Really high efficiency on completing projects and communicating requirements. 2. Co-workers are all really nice and talented, as we just want to make the company better. 3. Flexible work hours and schedule, easy to request PTO. 4. Comparable benefits to big companies.
