Fun work environment. Fair wages and tips.

Cons

If you are over 40, you might want to look elsewhere. They will keep you long enough to fill a spot, but as soon as some skinny 20-year old comes along that wants to be a manager, your days are numbered. Even though I complained to the EEOC, I had no proof. It was filed away pending further complaints.

Growing company with room for advancement. You can be a shift supervisor relatively quickly if you want.

Cons

They close late so the hours can be tough sometimes. Other than that it is afoot company to work for.

Pros

Good work environment, great food that I serve and eat, rushes are fast pace making the time go by fast.

Cons

Lots of cleaning when people aren't there (not too bad), customers always trying to get free food, customers always complaining about the prices (as if I make up the prices), early opening shift (7am)
