There's an insane level of micromanagement is Jesta, which makes it a horrible company to work for. Your experience here will surely be awful because the management will watch every single move you make. The managers here will want to know what you did every single minute of your shift, leaving you no room to breathe.

Colleagues were a lot more supportive than the managers, but also beware of who not to trust!

Cons

You're being tracked every minute! There's no room to breathe, no me time, even breaks are monitored it's ridiculously insane! No transparency from management, all you can get is gossip and office drama! Working here is awful!

Pros

Employees get no respect here. So, if you are looking for some respect, this might not be the right place for you.

Cons

The compensation was terrible, but it was not the worst thing. The most awful thing was that they expected unpaid overtime. Upper management also had a poor attitude. They yelled at employees, disrespected them, and humiliated them for no reason. A person with even a little self-respect would be wise to stay from Jesta.
