If you are competent, experienced and know what you are doing, you should do well here. Many people have, myself included. It was the highest paying employer I ever had. You will be financially rewarded.

Cons

You will work your butt off. Hours are long, work load insane, but pay is worth it (sometimes). Not a place for the weak or inexperienced. If you don't know what you are doing, stay away, or you will be caught short and drown. Also be prepared for office politics, internationally played. It will be a challenge. Everyone things he or she is in charge, and in reality, no one is. Jet Aviation is a machine that runs on and on no matter what happens. It's a robotic environment, and yes, you are the robot. Better not have any feelings, and if you do, don't let them show. Ever.
